The material of the piping should be stainless steel or fire resistant, depending on the type of fluid used. It should be designed to operate reliably and safely in high-temperature and high-pressure environments.
Safety and quality control of pipes:
Since piping is directly related to the safety of the factory, pressure tests and fluid flow rate tests are required. In addition, flexibility and durability of piping should be ensured by considering deformation due to vibration, temperature change, and thermal expansion. In particular, EV battery production plants require a high degree of accuracy and stability, so detailed review and construction are required.
